This CLE training provides attorneys with an in-depth overview of the naturalization process, including eligibility requirements, legal considerations, and common challenges. The session will include a detailed walkthrough of Form N-400 and guidance on how to effectively support clients through naturalization. Presenters include immigration attorney McKenna Newsum-Schoenberg and DOJ-accredited representative Renzo Reategui Walton, who will also share insights into JAMLACโs naturalization Clinics and current volunteer needs. This training is designed for attorneys interested in expanding their knowledge of naturalization law and engaging in pro bono work.
