Rosanna Mendoza-Rios, JAMLAC’s Paralegal
At JAMLAC, we are proud to recognize Rosanna Mendoza-Rios, a Family Law Paralegal with over 15 years of experience, for taking an important step forward in her professional journey. Rossana recently completed the coursework required for the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) program in Colorado—an innovative pathway that expands access to justice by empowering experienced professionals to serve in more direct client-facing roles within family law.
Her training included an intensive two-month ethics course and advanced family law instruction, approved by the Colorado Supreme Court. This credential allows qualified individuals to represent clients in certain family law matters, conduct consultations, negotiate with opposing parties, and more—with exam and licensing steps forming part of the process.
“I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to pursue this important step in my career,” Rosanna shared. “I’m excited to be part of an organization that supports the growth of its team members. Being able to build on 15 years of family law experience and expand how I support clients brings me so much joy.”
