This year, on October 10th, marks the 20th anniversary of HOA Oktoberfest, a beloved tradition in Colorado’s HOA industry proudly organized by KerraneStorz and Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt. What began as a way to say “thank you” to hardworking professionals has grown into something much more—a celebration rooted in connection, gratitude, and giving back.
For the past 13 years, JAMLAC has been honored to be the charitable beneficiary of this event. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the organizers and attendees, HOA Oktoberfest has helped raise vital funds that allow us to provide legal services to low-income individuals and families who otherwise would not have access to justice.
The organizers put it best: “We didn’t just want to throw a party. We wanted to create an opportunity for all of us to come together for the greater good.” Their vision has transformed this gathering into a platform for philanthropy and community impact—showing how deeply compassion runs in an industry that serves communities every day.
